We, Melinda and Deonne, are sisters in this adventure we call our Furever Love Yorkies. Our yorkies are our lives/jobs and we take great pride in raising quality companions. All of our Yorkie puppies are AKC registered unless otherwise stated. 

We chose to embark on this adventure together a few years ago. Between us, we have 13 spoiled yorkie puppies of various sizes in addition to two, large breed rescue dogs. We stretch from the Texas panhandle to East Texas. We are small, at-home dog breeders who will pre-spoil your fur-baby for you. All of our 15 dogs live in our homes. They are not kenneled. We strive to raise healthy, well socialized puppies to prepare them for placement in their furever homes. 

 We are here for any questions you may have before you select a puppy and after. We DO NOT ship but can provide a lap nanny for an additional fee (fee contingent on airline ticket/pet fees). Most generally our yorkie puppies are picked up at our homes. If you choose to fly, you are responsible for all fees associated with transportation/pet fee and must meet at the nearest airport to breeders' kennel. Speak with your breeder prior to making any flight arrangements. Only pre-approved flight nanny's will be accepted to transport puppies. Proof of flight information for transporter and pet fees must be presented to breeder prior to meeting at airport. At NO time will a puppy be flown in cargo! They must be flown in coach with constant watch. 

Yorkshire Terriers are courageous, affectionate, intelligent and usually easy to train pups that will bring happiness to your family for years to come. They are even-tempered and most generally live well with other pets. Yorkie puppies are high energy requiring daily walks and regular play time. Yorkie puppies coats are glossy, fine, and silky in texture requiring daily brushing and regular grooming. Due to their cuteness, they are easy to spoil but proper training will prevent a pup from becoming demanding. Due to their size and good nature, they can live well in an apartment, home, city, or country. The average lifespan for a Yorkshire Terrier is 12-15 years. We look forward to providing a pre-spoiled puppy for you to love.

We strive to update our page regularly. There may be times when we are busy with a new litter and fall short. 

Our Adoption Process: We require a video interview prior to deposit. As dog breeders, we reserve the right to refuse the adoption of any puppy we feel is not a good fit in a home. If you are a fit for one of our puppies, we ask for a $300 holding fee and a signed contract (contract at bottom of page for review). No puppy will be held without all 3 of these.

Since we are in two different parts of Texas, we will list where litters are located and the contact information for that litter. 

We reserve the right to first choice of any litter and to DNA test as we choose. This is a litter-by-litter decision. Not all litters will be DNA tested but all breeding stock are. Most litters will be pre-registered (pre-paid) with a lifetime pre-paid microchip. Some litters will be on limited registration. All puppies are Volhard's Puppy Aptitude tested at 7 weeks so you will know your puppy's temperament prior to taking them home.

We breed for health and temperament. We work very hard with each litter to ensure you receive the best family member possible. Each puppy is loved as our own, in our homes, and well socialized with adults, children, and other dogs.
